it was my first time, but it definitely was not my last. Everything was amazing. I am obsessed with the braised egg. Omggggg the noodles are gluten-free . The quality of the food is amazing. Everything is bursting with flavor.

Had a great experience at Kimbo Beef Noodle. I ordered the Guizhou original beef rice noodle and it was excellent. The broth was light, clean, and flavorful without being greasy. The beef was tender, generously portioned, and cooked perfectly. The noodles had a great texture and paired well with the fresh scallions and cilantro. One of the best noodle soups Iβve had in NYC. The broth was rich and comforting, the beef was super tender, and every bite tasted fresh. I didnβt know much about Guizhou cuisine before coming here, but now Iβm hooked. Canβt wait to come back and try more from the menu.
